Questions

How do the hours work?

You either pay weekly for a set number of hours, or buy a bulk bundle of hours to use anytime in the year. When you send a task, we quote how many hours it will use. Once you approve, those hours come out of your balance. Tasks bigger than your weekly hours are delivered over several weeks.

Who will I work with?

Every plan includes a dedicated project manager. They receive your tasks, send your quotes, and keep your work moving, while a GoHighLevel specialist builds each task.

What counts as one task?

One deliverable with one clear outcome: one funnel, one workflow, one sales page, one import, one integration. If your project has several parts, send each part as its own task.

Can I send more than one task?

Yes. Send a separate form for each. We work on one task at a time, finishing each before starting the next, in the order you want.

Is the quote really final?

Yes. We count the hours and give you one number. It doesn't change unless you change the scope. If we finish early you still use the quoted hours, and if it takes us longer, that's on us.

How fast will I get a quote?

Within 2 hours of sending the form. Requests sent outside our working hours are answered as soon as we open.

What happens to unused hours?

On weekly plans, unused hours roll over to the next week, then expire. Bundle hours stay valid for 12 months from purchase.

What if I run out of hours?

You can top up at $30 per hour, upgrade to a bigger plan at any time, or buy another bundle. Weekly plans refill every week.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Weekly plans have no contract. Upgrade right away, or downgrade, pause or cancel before your next weekly charge. We don't refund a week already in use. Bundles are a one-time payment and aren't refundable once hours have been used.

What if something isn't right?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we fix anything that doesn't match the quoted task, free. If we can't do a task, the hours go back to your balance.

What do you need from me?

Admin access to your GoHighLevel account (or an invite to the sub-account), plus any logos, links or copy for the task. GoHighLevel subscription, carrier and A2P fees are paid by you directly.

Do you do ad management?

No. We stick to building, writing and connecting things inside and around GoHighLevel.
